Finding the proper measurements is easy...

There are two key elements you need to focus on when finding the proper measurements for your dress shirts. If done properly, they should ensure a perfect and comfortable fit.

  •  Start with the neck.

Measure around your neck at the level of your adam's apple. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between your neck and the measuring tape.

  •  Now measure your arm.

Place your hand on your hip, with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along your shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist. *  Note:     Shirt length is a bit longer than normal in order to avoid un-tucking.
