WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY:  Please refer to our full return policy.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE:  Yes, please email us with your request and we will be glad to exchange any unused merchandise. Customer must pay additional shipping costs on exchanges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP:  Please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for it to be shipped.

CAN I PAY EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  Yes, please email us at support@blackcollarshirts.com before ordering.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:  In an effort to ship orders quickly, we are not able to cancel any orders.  Once we receive an order, it is immediately sent over to our shipping department.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ALL 10 SHIRTS IN THE SAME ORDER TO RECEIVE THE 10TH SHIRT FREE:  Yes-the quantity discount is only valid when ordering 9 shirts at a time.  Orders may not be combined to receive the free shirt.
